Cabbage & kale slaw with carrot, celery, capsicum, shallots, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds & fried shallots. Presented with both a crispy noodle & seed sprinkle, and our own kewpie mayonnaise on the side for combining on the day of consumption. Our leafy salads are light, crispy and refreshing.

Our Christmas salads come in various sizes including:
Regular - serves 3-4 as a side salad (approx 500g)
Classic - serves 6-8 as a side salad (approx 1kg)
Grande - serves 10-14 as a side salad (approx 1.5kg)
Ultimate - serves 15-18 as a side salad (approx 1.8kg)
