Delicious breakfast/brunch options, lunch sandwiches, rolls and wraps, warm & cold canapes, platters and a wide range of gourmet salads.  Our delicatessen is laden with a vast array of the best and freshest locally sourced products so if you don't see what you are looking for on our catering menu, please speak to us as we will try our best to provide catering to suit your occasion.

- download our Catering form from HERE, complete your order and email it to us (info@rosaliegourmet.com.au) with your payment details;

- call us and we can assist with your catering order over the phone; or

- pop into our store and we can assist you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum orders & Payment

The minimum order for deliveries (excluding the delivery charge) is $100. We offer FREE delivery for weekday orders over $150 which are delivered within 3km of our store. 

All prices (including delivery costs) include GST.

All major credit cards accepted.  Payment may be made by providing your details on the order form or by calling our store or in person. Bank transfers are also accepted.

Unless prior arrangements are made with management, a 30% deposit is required to be paid upfront to confirm your order with the balance to be paid in full upon collection or prior to delivery.

Delivery

We are able to offer deliveries for orders over $100. Additional charges apply on weekends and public holidays if your delivery request can be accommodated.

Weekday delivery prices are as follows for orders over $100:

Up to 3km - FREE for orders over $150
Up to 3km - $10 for orders up to $150
3-6km (inc CBD) : $25
6-10km : $30
10-15km : $40
15-20km : $50
Over 20km - Please contact us for a quote

Our weekend delivery charges are as follows (subject to confirmation that we are able to deliver at the requested time):

Up to 3km : $15
3-6km (inc CBD) : $25
6-10km : $40
10-15km : $60
15-20km : $70
Over 20km - Please contact us for a quote

Where we are unable to deliver ourselves due to staffing constraints, we will discuss with you if you are happy to receive your order by third party delivery businesses such as Uber / Didi.

Public Holidays


A limited range of catering options is available on public holidays and a 25% surcharge applies.

Deliveries are at the discretion of management and additional delivery charges apply.

Order Deadlines

We a minimum of 24 hours notice for weekday catering. Weekend catering requests are requested to be placed by midday on the preceding Thursday. We will always endeavour to accommodate late requests but cannot guarantee that they can be fulfilled at short notice. Please contact us so that we can try our best to help you out.  

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel, no charges apply if you provide us with at least 48 hours notice for weekday orders or by 12noon on Thursday for weekend orders.  We endeavour to minimise any cancellation fees and most cancellation requests up until close of the business the day before / delivery will incur no costs (at the discretion of management).  No refund will be given if the order is cancelled on the day of the event. Orders of specialty cakes are not refundable within 48 hours (subject to management discretion).

Platters

Customers are welcome to bring their own platters or are welcome to hire our white porcelain platters for $2 per platter up to a maximum of $10.  

A refundable deposit of $20 per platter applies for borrowing our white porcelain platters, and this is repaid upon return of the undamaged platter.

Alternatively, catering is provided in our environmentally friendly presentation boxes. 

Dietary Requirements

We will try our best to accommodate your dietary requirements.  Please let us know if you are aware of any specific food allergies or intolerances. We carry a wide range of products to cater for dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free.

Please be aware that we try our best to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination however we use products in our kitchen including allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so it is therefore possible that traces of these may be found in our food. 

Produce

The produce we use in our catering menu is predominantly sourced from our delicatessen.  Our delicatessen is laden with high quality locally sourced products which we believe are the best and freshest items available for use in our catering.
