Catering T&C's

We have a wide range of items available for catering. Delicious breakfast/brunch options, Lunch sandwiches, rolls and wraps, warm & cold canapes, platters and a wide range of gourmet salads.  Our delicatessen is laden with a vast array of the best and freshest locally sourced products so if you don't see what you are looking for on our catering menu, please speak to us as we will try our best to provide catering to suit your occasion.

- download our Catering form from HERE, complete your order and email it to us (info@rosaliegourmet.com.au) with your payment details;

- call us and we can assist with your catering order over the phone; or

- pop into our store and we can assist you.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum orders & Payment

The minimum catering order total is $50 (excluding the delivery charge).

All prices (including delivery costs) include GST.

All major credit cards accepted.  Payment made be made by providing your details on the order form or by calling our store or in person.

Business cheque & fund transfers are also accepted.

Unless prior arrangements are made with management, a 30% deposit is required to be paid upfront to confirm your order with the balance to be paid in full upon collection or prior to delivery.

Delivery

We are able to offer deliveries from Monday to Friday.  Please contact us if you require a weekend delivery which we will try our best to accommodate.  Additional charges may apply on weekends and public holidays if your delivery request can be accommodated.

Weekday deliveries within a 3km radius of the store (excluding CBD) are charged at $9.90.  Other weekday delivery prices are

3 to 8km (inc CBD) : $14.90
8 to 12km : $24.90
Over 12km : Please contact us for a quote

Public Holidays

A limited range of catering options is available on public holidays and a 20% surcharge applies.

Deliveries are at the discretion of management and additional delivery charges apply.

Order Deadlines

We prefer a minimum of 24 hours notice for weekday catering.  Weekend catering requests are requested to be placed by midday on the preceding Thursday.  We will always endeavour to accommodate late requests but cannot guarantee that they can be fulfilled at short notice.  Please contact us so that we can try our best to help you out.  

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel, no charges apply if you provide us with at least 48 hours notice.  We endeavour to minimise any cancellation fees and most cancellation requests up until close of the business the day before / delivery will incur no costs (at the discretion of management).  No refund will be given if the order is cancelled on the day of the event.

Platters

Customers are welcome to bring their own platters or are welcome to borrow our white porcelain platters.  

A refundable deposit of $20 per platter applies for borrowing our white porcelain platters, and this is repaid upon return of the undamaged platter.

Alternatively, catering is provided on disposable platters or in disposable packaging. 

Dietary Requirements

We will try our best to accommodate your dietary requirements.  Please let us know if you are aware of any specific food allergies or intolerances.  We carry a wide range of products to cater for dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free.

Produce

The produce we use in our catering menu is predominantly sourced from our delicatessen.  Our delicatessen is laden with high quality locally sourced products which we believe are the best and freshest items available for use in our catering.
