- call us and we can assist with your Christmas order over the phone; or
- pop into our store and we can assist you.

Minimum orders & Payment
The minimum Christmas order for Delivery on 23 & 24 December is $200 (excluding the delivery charge). There is no minimum for orders being collected in-store. Orders on 21 & 22 December require a minimum order of $100 for delivery (no minimum for in-store collection).
All prices (including delivery costs) include GST.
All major credit cards accepted. Payment may be made by providing your details on the order form or by calling our store or in person.
Business cheque & fund transfers are also accepted.
Up until Sun 20 Dec, our usual delivery arrangements and charges apply which can be found on our Online Grocery page.
On Mon 21 and Tues 22 Dec, all deliveries require a minimum order of $100. Deliveries on Wed 23 and Thurs 24 require a minimum order of $200. Standard delivery charges apply, and deliveries beyond 8km of the store are to be confirmed by management as to whether we can deliver ourselves or use a delivery service to assist on our busiest days of the year. Pricing for deliveries over 8km of the store on 23 and 24 December is subject to confirmation by management.
We only have limited capacity to accommodate deliveries, so delivery requests will be offered on a first in, first served basis and we may need to restrict the number of deliveries being made on the busiest days of the year.
With the exception of 21-24 December (as indicated above):
Weekday deliveries within a 3km radius of the store (excluding CBD) are charged at $9.99. Other weekday delivery prices are:
Up to 3km (Paddington, Milton, Red Hill, Auchenflower and most Bardon addresses: $100 (or free delivery for online shopping under $100)
3 to 8km (inc CBD) : $14.99
8 to 12km : $24.99
Over 12km : Please contact us for a quote
We can also deliver orders over $100 on Saturday or Sunday subject to management confirmation. Our weekend delivery charges are as follows:
Less than 3km (Paddington, Milton, Auchenflower, Red Hill & most Bardon addresses: $14.99
We have pre-ordered limited quantities of some products therefore we strongly recommend that you place your order early to avoid disappointment. In the event that we have run out of particular products, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
Whilst we do not have a firm cut-off date for orders, we request all orders are placed no later than Sat 19 December. We will always endeavour to accommodate late requests but cannot guarantee that they can be fulfilled at short notice. Please contact us so that we can try our best to help you out.
Should you need to cancel, no charges apply if you provide us with at least 2 week's notice for all turkeys and one week's notice for all hams / turkeys / chickens / mini roasts & pre-ordered specialty desserts & cakes. Cancellations within a week (2 weeks for turkeys) of your collection date will incur a cancellation fee. For all other products, we request cancellations are made no later than 48 hours prior to the collection date. Cancellation requests after this time may incur a fee (at the discretion of management). No refund will be given if the order is cancelled on the day of collection.
Please be aware that we try out best to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination however we use products in our kitchen including allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
We will try out best to accommodate your dietary requirements. Please let us know if we need to be aware of specific food allergies or intolerances. We carry a wide variety of products suited to specific dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free.
