This Christmas, we have a wonderful selection of produce on offer.
Take a look at the selections on offer in our Christmas ordering pages and order / pay online, or download our Christmas Order Form (available in the Christmas drop-down menu), complete your order and
- email it to us (email@example.com) with your payment details;
- call us and we can assist with your Christmas order over the phone; or
- pop into our store and we can assist you.
All orders must be placed no later than 6pm on Sunday 17 December. Some items have limited quantities available and we recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum orders & payment
The minimum Christmas order for Delivery on 23 & 24 December is $300 (excluding delivery charges). There is no minimum order for orders being collected in-store.
All prices (including delivery costs) include GST.
All major credit cards accepted. Payment may be made by providing your details on the order form or by calling our store or in person.
Fund transfers are also accepted to RK Gough Pty Ltd, BSB 064192, Acc 10051431.
All orders on Sun 24 December are to be collected from our rear carpark no later than 4pm. Due to bread & danishes deliveries from suppliers arriving later than usual on Christmas Eve, we request that you do not collect orders containing these products prior to 8.30am. Please note that our store closes at 5pm on Christmas Eve and we are closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Up until Friday 22 Dec, our usual delivery arrangements and charges apply which can be found on our Online Grocery page. All orders for deliveries up until this date require a minimum order of $100.
On 23 & 24 Dec, all deliveries require a minimum order of $300. A minimum delivery charge applies for ALL deliveries including those within 3km of the store.
Saturday 23 & Sun 24 DecemberUp to 3km : $15
Deliveries may be sent using a delivery service (eg Uber) to assist on our busiest days of the year especially for deliveries over 10km from the store. Third party delivery services may also be more economical for you as we are happy to partially refund delivery charges when our actual cost is less than anticipated.
We only have limited capacity to accommodate deliveries, so delivery requests will be offered on a first in, first served basis and we may need to restrict the number of deliveries being made on the busiest days of the year.
We have pre-ordered limited quantities of some products therefore we strongly recommend that you place your order early to avoid disappointment. In the event that we have run out of particular products, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
We request all orders are placed no later than 6pm on Sun 17 December.
Should you need to cancel, no charges apply if you provide us with at least 2 week's notice for all turkeys and one week's notice for all hams / turkeys / chickens / mini roasts & pre-ordered specialty desserts & cakes. Cancellations within a week (2 weeks for turkeys) of your collection date will incur a cancellation fee. For all other products, we request cancellations are made no later than 48 hours prior to the collection date. Cancellation requests after this time will incur a fee (at the discretion of management). No refund will be given if the order is cancelled on the day of collection.
Please be aware that we try out best to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination however we use products in our kitchen including allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
We will try out best to accommodate your dietary requirements, however for orders on 23 / 24 December, our kitchens are very restricted in their ability to accommodate requests different to the extensive product offering we have available and the significant number of orders we are preparing. Please let us know if we need to be aware of specific food allergies or intolerances. We carry a wide variety of products suited to specific dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free.
