Harris Smokehouse is a 4th generation, family owned and operated smokehouse located in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia. Their salmon & trout is filleted, cured, oak-smoked and packed on the premises.

Taste the finest range of smoked seafood Australia has to offer. Smoked salmon is delicious eaten on its own with a squeeze of lemon, on a blini with cream cheese, caviar & dill, or tossed through potato salad with aioli, capers & Spanish onion.

Roza's dill & parsley mayonnaise is the perfect accompaniment.
