(Serves 10-15 for a cheese course)
Step 1: Firstly, marinate the strawberries in the vinegar and palm sugar and set aside.
Step 2: Cut the brie in half, so you have 2 rounds, a base and a lid. Spread half of the cream cheese on the bottom half. Then sprinkle half the nuts and all the fruit and syrup mix over it.
Step 3: Place lid on top and spread the remaining cream cheese over and sprinkle with the remaining nuts.
Step 4: Serve on a platter decorated with extra fruit, grape leaves or flowers.
