Warm Canapés

Rosalie Gourmet Market offeres a wide variety of options on our catering menu including hot and cold canapes, perfect for any event or function.

Our canapes are made with items from our deli which is laden with a fine array of the best locally sourced products. 

Our warm canapes have been separated into various categories.  Minimum order quantities apply as follows (or as stipulated on the specific canape):

Minimum order of 12 per canapé (unless otherwise specified):

Pies & rolls
Arancini
Meatballs
Mini potato / risotto cakes
Mini tarts
Other warm canapes

Minimum order of 16 comprising a selection of your choice (unless otherwise specified):

Mini quiche

Warm canapes are provided chilled to reheat at home. In the event that you require them warm, please contact us so that we can ensure that this will be possible.

Please note that warm canapes will only be provided chilled (to reheat at home) on 24 December.

Reheating instructions:

Sausage Rolls / Pies - Heat at 170C for approximately 8 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.

Lamb / Chorizo Rolls / Scrolls / Triangles / Meatballs - Heat at 160C for approximately 6 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.

Mini Quiche - Heat at 160C for approximately 5 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.

Arancini / Spring Rolls / Empanadas - For best results, deep fry at 200C for 4 minutes, or Spray with oil and oven bake at 180C for 6 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
