Warm canapes are provided chilled to reheat at home. In the event that you require them warm, please contact us so that we can ensure that this will be possible.
Orders may be placed online or you may download our Catering Order Form and email it to us at info@rosaliegourmet.com.au or call the store or pop in.

From an Australian food safety perspective, any canapes which are provided to you warm for immediate consumption should be consumed within 4 hours of the collection time. Anything not eaten or refrigerated within four hours should be disposed of.
