Ultimate Long Lunch (for groups of 8 or more)

Our Ultimate Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests with the following sharing platters:

Your choice of 2 of the following 3 meat platters:

- Roasted chicken breast platter - chicken breast stuffed under skin with ricotta, semi dried tomato & tarragon served with chipotle aioli (GF)

- Glazed grandmother's ham platter served with Rosalie Gourmet's orange spiced chutney (GF, DF)

- Roasted sirloin rubbed with porcini salt & rosemary, served with bearnaise sauce & house made salsa verde (GF, DF, except for the bernaise sauce)

Salads:

- Classic potato & egg salad with seeded mustard mayonnaise & sour cream, garnished with spring onions & fresh herbs (V, GF)

- Roasted maple glazed carrot salad with fennel, kale, red onion, black & white sesame seeds with maple & lemon juice (V, GF, DF, Vegan)

- Vegetarian Thai noodle salad with coriander, Thai mint & basil with a fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar & chilli dressing (V, DF)

- Cheese & charcuterie "The Works Platter" - a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, olives & dips served with crackers & grissini (GF available)

- Dinner ciabatta rolls & butter

- A selection of Rosalie Gourmet's sweet slices, garnished with strawberries

Please ask us if you would like to substitute any of the salads for alternate salads from our catering menu.

We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.
