The "Ithaca Creek State School Trivia / Disco Night - Menu 2" is designed for a minimum of 8 guests.
We recommend that you will require serving spoons & tongs. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Menu 2 - Rosalie Gourmet’s Roll, Quiche & Grazing box
Rosalie’s Works Platter which includes a selection of artisan cheeses from our fromagerie, cured meats, olives, trio of dips, seasonal fruit, grissini & crackers (All GF, except grissini / crackers, with the option of GF crackers on request)
A box of 10 dinner ciabatta rolls served with the following fillings (GF wraps alternatively available on request):
* Ham, Swiss cheese, semi dried tomato, avocado & salad
* Rosalie’s signature Chicken & coleslaw
A box of 10 brioche rolls, served with the following fillings (GF wraps alternatively available on request):
* Italian meats with torn mozzarella, mesclun lettuce, tomato, pesto & aioli
* Reuben (pastrami, Swiss cheese, horseradish mayo, sauerkraut & pickles)
A box of 10 canape savoury quiche with the following fillings:
* Leg ham, brie & tomato
* Ricotta, fig & thyme (V)
* Chorizo, red capsicum & cheddar
$39.00 per person, including delivery to the event. Sweet treats can be provided for an additional $7 per person (GF option available)

Includes delivery to the event. Catering is to be collected at 5.30pm from a designated space that we will communicate to you a few days prior to the event. Any catering not collected by 5.45pm will be left in a safe spot in this same area. For latecomers, we will contact you to let you know specifics.
