Brookfield Long Lunch (for groups of 8 or more) - Menu 1


The Brookfield Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests.

We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Option 1  - Rosalie Gourmet’s Classic Long Lunch

Rosalie’s Works Platter which includes a selection of Australian & imported cheeses from our fromagerie, dips, charcuterie meats, antipasti, seasonal fruit, crudities, crackers & a baguette (all GF except the grissini & baguette) 

Platter of roasted chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto & stuffed with baked pumpkin, tomato, sage & thyme stuffing with semi dried tomatoes, and served with aioli (GF, DF)

Platter of baked Grandmother's traditional leg ham glazed and served with Rosalie’s tomato chutney (GF, DF)

Potato & egg salad with kale, spring onion & a herb mayonnaise dressing (V, GF, DF)

Miso roasted carrot salad with sweet potato & red onion, kale & candied pecans with a turmeric & ginger yoghurt dressing (V, GF)

Dinner ciabatta rolls with butter

$48.99 per person, including delivery to the event.  Sweet treats can be provided for an additional $7 per person (GF option available)
