Rosalie’s "Works Platter" which includes a selection of cheeses, charcuterie meats, olives & dips served with crackers & baguette, and garnished with grapes & strawberries (all GF except the crackers & baguette). GF option available for the crackers.
Platter of roasted chicken breast stuffed with roasted pumpkin & sage with crispy prosciutto & capsicum, served with a preserved lemon aioli (GF, DF)
Platter of baked Grandmother's traditional leg ham glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze and served with Rosalie’s ham chutney (GF, DF)
Potato & egg salad with kale, spring onion & a herb mayonnaise dressing (V, GF, DF)
Rose harissa carrot & roasted date salad with greens, quinoa, mint, lemon, roasted onion, pomegranate seeds & rose petals. Mild chilli heat. (GF, DF, V, Vegan)
