Proving a huge hit, Rosalie's tender sous vide rare roast sirloin (grass fed) has been prepared with Olsson's sea, extra virgin olive oil & fresh rosemary. Tender and moist, we sliced the rare roast sirloin to a medium / medium-thick cut and serve it in a presentation box.
Delicious served with a pot of Rosalie's herbed aioli with confit garlic, dijon, tarragon & chervil (which can be added on as an optional extra).
