Fresh Fodder's Tzatziki is made using thick creamy yoghurt and the freshest herbs. Serve with crusty bread or thin crackers to get the best taste. Tzatziki tastes fantastic served with lamb - as a condiment with roasted garlic lamb or as a dip with tasty Lamb Kofta. This dip also works well as a spread on sandwiches, wraps and rolls.
