It is made on their beautiful Neufchatel cheese base (a light French style cream cheese) and blended with artichoke hearts, fresh dill tips, loads of garlic, and sweetened with honey. Spread on warm vegetable focaccia or on pizza. Great dolloped onto boiled potatoes, or as a dip with crisp vegetables.
