Our Traditional Gluten Free Christmas Cake is a rich and decadent fruit cake bursting with flavour. The dried fruits have been marinated in Bundaberg rum, citrus juices and festive spices.
The large size cakes are round and approximately 20 cm in diameter with a fruit-packed juicy weight of 1.5kg.
The small size cakes are square and approximately 15 cm in diameter with a deliciously juicy weight of 800g, with our mini cake which is approx 10cm in diameter, weighing approx 400g.
