House-made by the chefs at Rosalie Gourmet Market from the freshest and best ingredients. Our fruit cakes are rich and decadent, bursting with flavour. The dried fruits have been marinated in Bundaberg Rum, citrus juices and festive spices, with no preservatives or artificial colourings.
