Our Ultimate Christmas Feast is the perfect combination of festive fare to delight your guests. Serving 10, it comprises:
- Grandmother's ham glazed with Rosalie's Christmas spiced orange marmalade glaze (off the bone, min weight approx 1.6kg) served cry-o-vac sealed **
- a pot of Rosalie Gourmet's Christmas ham glaze
- stuffed & cooked turkey breast (min weight approx 1.2kg) **
- pot of cranberry sauce
- your choice of 3 regular salads (500g each) from our Christmas salad menu (please include choices in the order notes at the checkout). If you wish to increase the size of your salads, please let us know).
- 10 fruit mince pies
- 10 dinner ciabatta rolls
- 10 rum balls
** Across both the ham & turkey, we aim for approx 2.8kg (the ham may weight slightly more or less, offset by the weight of the turkey). The weights of the meats are variable.
All you need to add is the bubbly! If you really want to splurge, why not add one of our Deli Assorted Boxes for the pre-feast nibbles, or as a Boxing Day graze.
