We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Menu 2 - Rosalie Gourmet’s Melbourne Cup Ultimate Long Lunch
Rosalie’s Works Platter which includes a selection of Australian & imported cheeses from our fromagerie, dips, charcuterie meats, antipasti, seasonal fruit, crackers & a baguette (all GF except the crackers & baguette). GF crackers can be substituted if you select the GF option below.
Your choice of 2 meat platters from our Melbourne Cup Menu (sirloin +$1.50 pp) or:
- Platter of roasted chicken breast stuffed with roasted pumpkin & sage with crispy prosciutto & capsicum, served with a preserved lemon aioli (GF, DF, NF)
- Platter of baked Grandmother's traditional leg ham glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze and served with Rosalie’s ham chutney (GF, DF, NF)
Your choice of 3 salads from our Melbourne Cup Menu or:
- Potato, egg & bacon salad topped with prosciutto with a herb mayonnaise dressing (GF, DF, NF)
- Rose harissa carrot & roasted onion salad with greens, quinoa, mint, lemon, roasted dates, pomegranate seeds & rose petals. Mild chilli heat. (V, GF, DF, NF, Vegan)
- Quinoa & brown rice salad with roasted pumpkin, pecan, roasted tomato, cranberries, sprouts & lemon (V, GF, DF, Vegan)
