Picnic Platters - Menu 3

Our Picnic Platter Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests with the following sharing platters (which are presented in environmentally friendly cardboard catering boxes):

Rosalie’s "Works Platter" which includes a selection of cheeses, charcuterie meats, olives & dips served with crackers & grissini. Garnished with grapes & strawberries. All GF except the crackers & grissini (GF option available for the crackers).

A box of 10 dinner ciabatta rolls served with the following fillings (GF wraps alternatively available on request):

* Ham, Swiss cheese, semi dried tomato, avocado & salad

* Rosalie’s signature Chicken & coleslaw

A box of 10 brioche rolls, served with the following fillings (GF wraps alternatively available on request):

* Turkey, brie & cranberry sauce

* New York pastrami with tomato, lettuce & Swiss cheese

A box of 10 canape savoury quiche with the following fillings (GF option available):

* Leg ham, brie & tomato

* Pumpkin, spinach & feta (V)

* Chorizo, red capsicum & cheddar

Sweets selection including sweet slices & treats from Rosalie’s patisserie (GF option available)

$44.99 per person, including delivery to the event.

Includes delivery to the event. We will contact you 24-48 hours prior to the event to confirm the collection details (location & time). All catering is to be collected from a designated Catering area on the day of the event (for approx half an hour from the time the Garden Party commences). The food is delivered to BGS just prior to the commencement of the event in polystyrene boxes.

If you aren't the table captain, please provide us with their contact details too in the event that we cannot reach you on the day of the event.

We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.
