Classic Long Lunch - Menu 2
Our Classic Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests with the following sharing platters (which are presented in environmentally friendly cardboard catering boxes):
- Roasted chicken breast platter - chicken breast stuffed with roasted pumpkin & sage with prosciutto & capsicum. Served with a preserved lemon aioli (GF, DF, NF)
- Glazed grandmother's ham platter glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze, served with Rosalie Gourmet's ham chutney (GF, DF, NF)
- Classic potato & egg salad with kale, spring onion & herb mayonnaise dressing (V, GF, DF, NF)
- Rose harissa carrot & roasted date salad with greens, quinoa, mint, lemon, roasted onion, pomegranate seeds, pepitas & rose petals. Mild chilli heat. (V, GF, DF, Vegan, NF).
- Cheese & charcuterie "The Works Platter" - a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, olives & dips served with crackers & grissini. Garnished with grapes & strawberries. All GF except for the crackers & grissini (GF option available for the crackers).
- Dinner ciabatta rolls & butter (not GF and no substitution available)

Includes delivery to the event. We will contact you 24-48 hours prior to the event to confirm the collection details (location & time). All catering is to be collected from a designated Catering area on the day of the event (for approx half an hour from the time the Garden Party commences). The food is delivered to BGS just prior to the commencement of the event in polystyrene boxes.
If you aren't the table captain, please provide us with their contact details too in the event that we cannot reach you on the day of the event.
We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.
