Flavours may include:
- leg ham & brie
- semi dried tomato, goats cheese & spinach quiche
- smoked salmon, dill & ricotta
- caramelised onion & brie
Supplied chilled in a box of 12 unless otherwise agreed with our catering team. Hot canapes are for immediate consumption.
From an Australian food safety perspective, any canapes which are provided to you warm for immediate consumption should be consumed within 4 hours of the collection time. Anything not eaten or refrigerated within four hours should be disposed of.
