Ready to heat and serve, the Roast Lamb from Australian owned & operated Kaczanowski has been awarded Platinum and Gold Medals at the IFFA awards (2025) in Germany, as well as a Gold medal at the AMIC Charcuterie Excellence Awards.
This boneless, cured and pre-cooked lamb roast is an excellent time saver. Succulent and cry-o-vac'd, it's delicious served cold sliced, or gently heated to serve with your Christmas feast with a dollop of mint sauce.

For an additional $10, we are able to slice your roast and provide it in a presentation box. We slice the roasts thick so that we can preserve the shape of the roasted meat.
Each lamb roast varies in weight, with a random weight of approx 1kg. As this is a weighed item, the final costing will vary slightly.
As a guide, with roasts, allow for 150g-200g per person. If served as part of a buffet, quantities don't need to be as generous.
