Our sticky, sweet and tangy glaze combines the rich flavours of oranges, a splash of gin, fragrant juniper berries, cinnamon, bay leaf and allspice. For best results, brush the ham before cooking and then every 15 minutes. One jar is suitable for a half bone ham.
