Maggie Beer Pheasant Farm Pate 120g

Duck & Orange pate is earthy, rich, and yet light on the palate to finish. A full flavoured pate perfect to serve as an appetiser, spooned straight from the tub onto freshly toasted bread.

Serving Suggestion

To highlight the citrus of the marmalade, wilt some radicchio in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a squeeze of fresh orange juice, and serve with toasted rye slices alongside the pate.
