A minimum order of 12 per canape. Supplied chilled & ready to reheat, unless agreed with our catering team for them to be collected warm for immediate consumption.
From an Australian food safety perspective, any canapes which are provided to you warm for immediate consumption should be consumed within 4 hours of the collection time. Anything not eaten or refrigerated within four hours should be disposed of.
