Our Classic Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests with the following sharing platters:
- Roasted chicken breast platter - chicken breast stuffed with roasted pumpkin & sage with prosciutto & capsicum. Served with a preserved lemon aioli (GF, DF, NF)
- Glazed grandmother's ham platter glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze, served with Rosalie Gourmet's ham chutney (GF, DF)
- Classic potato & egg salad with seeded mustard mayonnaise & sour cream, garnished with spring onions & fresh herbs (V, GF)
- Rose harissa carrot & roasted date salad with greens, quinoa, mint, lemon, roasted onion, pomegranate seeds, pepitas & rose petals. Mild Chilli heat. (V, GF, DF, Vegan, NF)
- Cheese & charcuterie "The Works Platter" - a selection of cheeses, charcuterie, olives & dips served with crackers & grissini (GF available)
- Dinner ciabatta rolls & butter
We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.
