We have selected some of our favourite warm canapes and provide 10 of each in our mixed warm canape box, served with tomato chutney and sweet chilli sauce:
- pork, caramelised apple & sage cocktail sausage rolls
- lamb, feta & pomegranate meatballs (GF)
- smoked salmon, dill & ricotta mini quiche
- beef & red wine mini pies
- spinach & cheese filo triangles (V)
We supply the canapes chilled to reheat unless prior arrangements have been made to supply them heated for immediate consumption.
From an Australian food safety perspective, any canapes which are provided to you warm for immediate consumption should be consumed within 4 hours of the collection time. Anything not eaten or refrigerated within four hours should be disposed of.

Reheating instructions:
Sausage Rolls / Pies - Heat at 170C for approximately 8 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
Lamb / Chorizo Rolls / Scrolls / Triangles / Meatballs - Heat at 160C for approximately 6 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
Mini Quiche - Heat at 160C for approximately 5 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
Arancini / Spring Rolls / Empanadas - Oven bake at 180C for 6 minutes. Ensure piping hot before serving.
