Rosalie Gourmet Market's Traditional Christmas Cakes are house-made from the freshest and best ingredients.
Our traditional Christmas cake is a rich and decadent fruit cake bursting with flavour. The dried fruits have been marinated in Bundaberg rum, citrus juices and festive spices.
Australian fruit is used where possible. The cakes have lashings of rum to preserve them and there are no other preservatives or artificial colourings used.
Gluten free options are also available for those who need it - meaning you don't have to miss out on the pleasures of enjoying one of our lavish Christmas Cakes!
The large size cakes are round and approximately 20 cm in diameter with a fruit-packed juicy weight of 1.5kg.
The small size cakes are approximately 15 cm in diameter with a deliciously juicy weight of 800g, with a smaller 10cm version weighing approx 400g.
