The Brookfield Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests.

We recommend that you will require serving spoons & tongs. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Option 3 – Rosalie Gourmet’s Long Lunch Sharing Platters

Rosalie’s "Works Platter" which includes a selection of cheeses, charcuterie meats, olives & dips served with crackers & grissini, and garnished with grapes & strawberries (all GF except the crackers & grissini). GF option available for the grissini. 

Platter of succulent multi-award winning Grandmother's ham glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze. Sliced and presented with Rosalie Gourmet's ham chutney (GF, DF)

Platter of roasted sirloin rubbed with Olsson's sea salt, extra virgin olive oil & rosemary. Served with Rosalie's housemade herb aioli containing confit garlic, dijon, tarragon & chervil. (GF, DF)

Potato & bacon salad topped with prosciutto, spring onion & a herb mayonnaise dressing. (GF, DF)

Asian slaw with nahm jim sauce, crispy shallots and chilli (V, GF, DF) 

Rose harissa carrot & roasted date salad with greens, quinoa, mint, lemon, roasted onion, pomegranate seeds, pepitas & rose petals. (GF, DF, V, Vegan)

Dinner ciabatta rolls with butter (no GF substitution available)

Sweets selection including sweet slices & treats from Rosalie’s patisserie (GF)

$63 per person, including delivery to the event

Includes delivery to the event and we will contact you with the collection window. All catering is to be collected from a designated Catering area on the day of the event (for approx half an hour from the time the Long Lunch event commences).
