We recommend that you will require serving spoons & tongs. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Option 1 - Rosalie Gourmet’s Classic Long Lunch
Rosalie’s "Works Platter" which includes a selection of cheeses, charcuterie meats, olives & dips served with crackers & grissini, and garnished with grapes & strawberries (all GF except the crackers & grissini). GF option available for the crackers.
A delicious platter of chicken breast stuffed with roasted pumpkin & sage with prosciutto & capsicum, served with a preserved lemon aioli (GF, DF)
Platter of succulent multi-award winning Grandmother's ham glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze. Sliced and presented with Rosalie Gourmet's ham chutney (GF, DF)
Potato & bacon salad topped with prosciutto, spring onion & a herb mayonnaise dressing. (GF, DF)
Soft and tender carrots roasted in a honey, olive oil and spice mix, served with kale, goats cheese, thinly sliced red onions, currants and lentils. (GF, DF Option available)
Dinner ciabatta rolls with butter
$51 per person, including delivery to the event. Sweet treats can be provided for an additional $7 per person (GF option available)
