The Nudgee Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests.
We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Option 1 - Rosalie Gourmet’s Classic Long Lunch
Rosalie’s "Works Platter" which includes a selection of cheeses, charcuterie meats, olives & dips served with crackers & baguette, and garnished with grapes & strawberries (all GF except the crackers & baguette). GF option available for the crackers.
Platter of roasted chicken breast stuffed with roasted pumpkin, sage, onion & garlic. Served with a preserved lemon aioli (GF, DF, NF)
Platter of baked Grandmother's traditional leg ham glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze and served with Rosalie’s ham chutney (GF, DF)
Classic potato & egg salad with kale, spring onion & a herb mayonnaise dressing (V, GF, DF)
Roasted carrot & sumac salad with coriander, sultanas and a sesame honey dressing (V, GF, DF)
Dinner ciabatta rolls with butter
$51 per person, including delivery to the event. Sweet treats can be provided for an additional $7 per person (GF option available)

Includes delivery to the event and we will contact you with the collection window. All catering is to be collected from a designated Catering area on the day of the event (for approx half an hour from the time the Long Lunch event commences).
