Crispy Peking Duck Spring Rolls - pack of 8 (frozen)

Rosalie Gourmet Market has a range of frozen finger food / canapes which are quick and easy to defrost, then bake in the oven for fuss-free entertaining.

We love these Vegetable Spring Rolls served with hoisin sauce or sweet thai chilli sauce. 

Ingredients: Spring roll pastry, cabbage, carrot, onion, duck, chicken noodles, green beans, peas, broad beans, hoisin sauce, soy beans, seasoning, sugar, ginger, Chinese five spice.

Made on equipment that also processes products that contain milk, egg, sesame, crustacea fish, peanuts, tree nuts and sulphites.

DEEP FRY - cook in 180C until golden brown (5 min)

PAN FRY - heat oil in shallow non-stick pan, cook on low to med heat until golden brown and cooked through.

BAKE - cook in 190C oven. Spray with non-stick oil and bake until golden brown (18-20 mins). Turn once for a more even appearance.

SANDWICH PRESS - lightly coat with non-stick spray. Cook from frozen. Lower lid so just resting on top. Turning as required until cooked through and golden brown (5 mins).
