This cheese was created in memory of Monsieur Roger, a well known cheese trader and personality based in the Rungis market in Paris in the 1970’s.
Mon Pere (meaning my father in French) Brie comes from a part of France that is renowned for the exceptional quality of its milk, the Vosges Mountains.
Brie Mon has a soft creamy texture and mild rich flavour with a hint of mushrooms from the rind.
