New to our Christmas menu in 2020, our grass fed beef brisket is slow braised for 8 hours with five spice, Bundaberg Rum and star anise. Presented chilled as a whole piece, cry-o-vac sealed and ready to reheat.
Each piece varies in weight, varying between 1.5-2.5kg. As this is a weighed item, the final costing will vary slightly. If you would like a larger piece than the options shown, please contact us so that we can arrange it for you.
As a guide, allow for 150g-200g per person. If served as part of a buffet, quantities don't need to be as generous.
