We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Option 1 - Rosalie Gourmet’s Classic Long Lunch
Rosalie’s "Works Platter" which includes a selection of cheeses, charcuterie meats, olives & dips served with crackers & baguette, and garnished with grapes & strawberries (all GF except the crackers & baguette). GF option available for the crackers.
Platter of roasted chicken breast stuffed under skin with ricotta, semi dried tomato & tarragon, served with chipotle aioli (GF)
Platter of baked Grandmother's traditional leg ham glazed with Rosalie's spiced orange marmalade glaze and served with Rosalie’s ham chutney (GF, DF)
Classic potato & egg salad with kale, spring onion & a herb mayonnaise dressing (V, GF, DF)
Rose harissa carrot & roasted date salad with greens, quinoa, mint, lemon, roasted onion, pomegranate seeds & rose petals. Mild chilli heat. (V, GF, DF, Vegan)
Dinner ciabatta rolls with butter
$48.99 per person, including delivery to the event. Sweet treats can be provided for an additional $7 per person (GF option available)
