Our head chef prepares wonderful daily salads using all the gourmet ingredients available in store.
Salads are based on a variety of products including chickpea, quinoa, puy lentils, cous cous, Italian pasta and potato and other fresh vegetables.
We are able to provide Gluten Free [GF] and vegan options upon request.
More substantial salads with the addition of meat can be made on request, please call and ask for our catering staff.

* Israeli cous cous, roasted vegetables & rocket with preserved lemon dressing (V)
* Greek salad with muslin leaves, feta, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, extra virgin olive oil & lemon dressing (GF) (V)
* Italian pasta salad with roasted pumpkin & red peppers, aisle, baby bocconcini & rocket pesto (V)
* Chickpea salad with roasted pumpkin, spinach, cashews, coriander & spicy yoghurt dressing (GF) (V)
* Red quinoa, rice & roasted date salad with rocket, sprouts, roasted tomato & pomegranate molasses (GF) (V)
* Quinoa & brown rice salad with grilled pumpkin, roasted tomato, peppers, mint, lemon & extra virgin olive oil
* Red potato salad with rocket pesto and roasted tomatoes
* Chickpea & tzatziki salad with beans, red onion, grilled capsicum & fresh herbs
All salads serves 6-8 people.
