Roasted Butterflied Chicken (pre-cooked) – Reheating Instructions
The butterflied roasted chicken is pre-cooked and is provided to you chilled. It may be served chilled or you may wish to reheat it.
To reheat - remove the packaging. Place the butterflied chicken in a baking dish with 1 cup of cold water, cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 160C for approximately 30 minutes.
Ensure that the chicken is hot in the centre, otherwise return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
