The Brookfield Long Lunch menu is designed for a minimum of 8 guests.

We recommend that you will require serving plates / spoons and cheese knives. All items are served chilled and ready for immediate consumption.

Option 3 – Rosalie Gourmet’s Long Lunch Sharing Platters

Rosalie’s Works Platter which includes a selection of Australian & imported cheeses from our fromagerie, dips, charcuterie meats, antipasti, seasonal fruit, crudities, crackers & a baguette (all GF except the grissini & baguette) 

Platter of baked Grandmother's traditional leg ham glazed and served with Rosalie’s tomato chutney (GF, DF)

Platter of roasted sirloin rubbed with Olsson's sea salt, extra virgin olive oil & rosemary, served with Rosalie's housemade chutney (GF & DF)

Pasta salad with crispy truffled salami, bruschetta salsa, shaved parmesan, greens & basil

Roasted pumpkin & macadamia nut salad with marinated Greek feta, semi dried tomatoes, kale, Italian parsley, lemon & olive oil. Served with balsamic & honey vinaigrette on the side.

Potato & bacon salad with crisp prosciutto & a herb mayonnaise dressing (GF, DF)

Dinner ciabatta rolls with butter

Sweets selection including sweet slices & treats from Rosalie’s patisserie served with fresh strawberries (GF option available)
