Made by our in-house chefs, Rosalie Gourmet Market's rustic cocktail sausage rolls are filled with pork, caramelised apple & sage, and are served with tomato relish. Presented chilled and ready to reheat unless agreed with our kitchen that we are to provide them warm for immediate consumption. May be eaten cold.

From an Australian food safety perspective, any canapes which are provided to you warm for immediate consumption should be consumed within 4 hours of the collection time. Anything not eaten or refrigerated within four hours should be disposed of.
